I was going to call this "In Which I Go Book Shopping," but of course you've already titled one that... last week... so I figured I should wait a bit longer before commandeering the title. (My guess is that literally no one is surprised that 4 out of our 6 vlogs to date have involved books. #YOLO.) Twitter: Me: http://twitter.com/cgbart Basia: http://twitter.com/savageglitter
We produced this short film in conversation with the Big Idea Bookstore. This film piece is meant to highlight the connection between a small anarchist cooperative bookstore in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and social justice/sustainability. This bookstore is not only a location for books and the sharing of ideas that can lead to education, but it is also an advocate for equity and community building. This film told the story of four of the cooperative members and how the bookstore is helping to bring social justice to Pittsburgh. Our film shows a side to anarchy that many people do not see. Indeed, anarchism is easily applicable to everyday life, as well as to the building of a sustainable future. The film hopes to show that anarchists and sustainability minded individuals have a mutual desir...
Alta Gracia, one of Penn State's only sweatshop-free clothing lines, caused a confrontation between management at the Penn State Bookstore and United Students Against Sweatshops earlier this week. Read more at http://www.sparkprogress.org/?q=node/65
York College student workers have a little fun putting on a fashion show for the upcoming fall semester.
Tips for freshman: save time, save money, & stay out of trouble at the UPenn Bookstore.
Enjoy 60 minutes of soothing high fidelity binaural audio recorded at a library in Springfield, Pennsylvania, USA to provide relaxation, induce ASMR and somewhat serve as an audio archive (actual library not pictured). You'll hear me turning pages, removing and replacing books on the shelves, typing at a computer and walking around the library, all the while capturing the ambience, white noise (the constant hum is not the mics, but overhead lighting I believe) and various random conversations of other visitors. Headphones required for complete immersion. E.R. Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ephemeralrift1 Twitter: https://twitter.com/EphemeralRift

http://bookinghunter.com Philadelphia is the largest city in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the second largest city on the East Coast of the United States, and the fifth-most-populous city in the United States. It is located in the Northeastern United States along the Delaware and Schuylkill rivers, and it is the only consolidated city-county in Pennsylvania. The most important places to visit in Philadelphia are: Franklin Court (was raised in 1812, the ghost of it still stands today. Here is the Christ Church Burial Ground, another famous landmark, where Ben Franklin and four other signers of the Declaration of Independence were laid to rest), Congress Hall (was home of the first Congress. On top of that, George Washington and John Adams were inaugurated here, and the Bill of Righ...
http://www.clubs.psu.edu/up/iranian This presentation was produced by members of the Iranian Student Association (ISA) at the Pennsylvania State University for ISA's 2013 Noe-Rooz Gala. It was primarily intended to provide non-Iranians with a glimpse of the geographical, cultural, and ethnic diversity of our beloved country, Iran. ISA has decided to share this presentation with the proviso that the material contained therein may not necessarily provide the best representation of the different regions of our great country. It is by no means intended to be a comprehensive representation of the geographical, cultural, and ethnic diversity of Iran. Songs: Daram miram be Tehran (Andy), Vabastat Shodam (Ahmad Saeedi), Aha boogoo (Gilaki), Ronak (bijan mortazavi), Bari Bakh (MANSOUR), Sozale (Ra...

Sandusky, Ohio's tourism department pulled this TV travel spot due to its unfortunate phrasing and parallels to Jerry Sandusky and the Penn State football scandal. It's still a great place for adventure in the USA. http://JasonSereno.com Actually this isn't a travel tourism commercial at all. It's a big set of really, really bad puns that a group of comedians created one night while drinking. We laughed real hard about it and then made this video, which we kind of regretted before we even finished filming. But also, these are just puns, right? Puns can't hurt people - can they? Ugh, let's leave it up to the pundits to debate. Time to roll and L and smoke a B, player. sandusky, ohio sandusky ohio sandusky ohio ohio travel ohio tourism sandusky tourism travel ohio tourism and travel travel...
Don't know how to pack for Penn State? It's okay, I've got you covered. At least for Freshman year. Without all of the cool stuff... and most of the essentials. Really this video doesn't help at all. www.twitter.com/scleibfreid
